Dobinsons IMS monotube shock absorbers are designed for next level performance over twin tube shocks in those hot harsh demanding conditions. By utilising the monotube design Dobinsons IMS shock absorbers are able to resist fade far longer on corrugated roads long or hard working 4WD trips towing or racing conditions. The larger 50 and 60mm high flow pistons reduce internal pressures reduce the heat generated transfer heat to the body for faster cooling and offer improved damping performance and vehicle control at higher shaft speeds on rough terrain and during big impacts. The micropolished hard chromed and heat treat shock shaft CNC aluminium high flow race inspired piston and DOM seamless tubing body provides the ultimate in performance and off road durability. Composite piston wear bands high quality Fuchs oil and a race style 3 stage sealing system offer the lowest levels of friction whilst maintaining durability and longevity without the need for frequent rebuilding or servicing. Dobinsons Spring and Suspension Polyurethane bushes have been designed and manufactured from the highest quality raw materials. This PB59 503K Adjustable Front Radius Arm Caster Bushing Kit is designed for the 1990 97 Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series Wagon and Land Cruiser 105 Series. The kit provides 4 x Polyurethane Eccentric Bushes Bushings with a built in sleeve to adjust caster setting from 0 Degree to 2.5 Degree or 3.5 Degree of correction Caster angle plays a major part in vehicle straight line stability and helps the steering to return to center. If the vehicle's suspension has been raised the required positive caster angle is reduced and the caster angle moves closer to zero impairing the vehicles steering stability. A wheel alignment done by a reputable 4x4 wheel alignment center can determine whether caster correction is required. Dobinsons Spring & Suspension offer a full variety of suspension components for this vehicle including replacement bushings for all control arms front and rear. A complete bush kit is available part PB59 1258K. Contact Dobinsons for more information. For suspension lift kits between 50mm 2Inch and 90mm 3.5Inch caster correction is required and also adjustable panhard rods are highly recommended. For customers wanting to maximize the off road performance extended sway bar links and extended brake lines are also recommended. Extending the vehicles bump stops and driveshaft modification may also be required depending on the application. For suspension lift kits exceeding 90mm 3.5Inch considerable alignment parts are required. Caster correction adjustable panhard rods sway bar extensions extended bump stops extended brake lines gearbox spacing driveshaft modification adjustable modified rear trailing arms and adjustable steering arm modifications are required along with other driveline suspension and steering modifications which may also be required.
