Delivery Information

Delivery & Return Policy

  1. Customer have the right to return or exchange items purchased from Getgayar.com within 14 calendar days of purchase under the following conditions:
    • Returned or exchanged items must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the items quality, fake, fiddle or does not match the specifications stated on Getgayar.com.
    • Returned items must be in their original packaging with all its original content, including, but not limited to, accessories and manuals.
    • Returned items (unless defective, fake or fiddle) must be in resellable condition.
    • Items bought during promotions or on discount are not eligible for refunds.
  2. Customers have the right to receive their refund in full. Gayar will not deduct any kind of transaction fees, such as visa/mastercard/knet fees or processing fees, from their refund amount.
  3. Customers have the right to receive their refund within 10 calendar days of your original request.
  4. Customers have the right to exchange items purchased within 14 calendar days of purchase. Exchange items must be in their original sealed packaging.

How to Process your Return or Exchange

  1. If customers would like to return or exchange an eligible item within 48 hours of purchase, Customers can contact our customer service center and we will arrange for pickup from your address stated in your invoice. When Gayar’s Delivery Service Provider collects your item, please provide us the original invoice at time of purchase.
  2. If customers would like to return or exchange an eligible item more than 48 hours after your purchase, please return the item with the original invoice.
  3. Please allow us 10 business days to assess your return or exchange request.

Warranties

  1. Only items that specify a warranty provider and a warranty time frame on the item product page at time of purchase are eligible for warranty.
  2. Warranties do not cover faults caused by misuse, physical damage, water damage, software viruses or the use of operating systems, programs or accessories that are not genuine and/or not approved by the manufacturer.
  3. To benefit from any existing warranty, please provide the original invoice to the relevant service center.
  4. If you were not satisfied with the response of any of the service centers, please contact Gayar Customer Service to make sure you get the treatment you deserve.

Delivery Policy

  1. Getgayar.com ships orders by 3rd party Delivery Service Providers.
  2. If the customer is not present at the specified delivery address, Delivery Service Provider can deliver the order to any person nominated by the customer at the specified destination address.
  3. If our Delivery Service Provider reaches the customer address and the customer is unable to receive the order, please contact our customer service department to arrange an alternative delivery time. We will not be responsible for any orders that are not delivered within the same day business hours of the purchase. Orders not received will be canceled and returned to the seller, only the item's price will be refunded to the customer, delivery fees will not be refunded.
  4. If you order from multiple sellers in the same order, the purchase order will split into multiple shipments which will be delivered separately and each shipment will be charged separately.
  5. During the recipient of the order, if the customer observes any damages or defects at any of the items, the customer shall report it to Gayar Customer Service.
